Congratulations to USHJA Affiliates IEA and IHSA on Nationals Success
The Interscholastic Equestrian Association National Finals took place on April 25-28 at at the Tryon International Equestrian Center in Mill Spring, North Carolina. Over 700 of the nation's leading middle and high school equestrian athletes in grades 4-12 represented 215 different teams from the United States and Canada. USHJA sponsored individual Hunt seat classes and an exhibitor's celebration event in the Tryon Village.
The final day of competition at the 2024 Intercollegiate Horse Show Association National Championship took place May 3-5 at Tryon International in Mill Spring, North Carolina. Out of almost 400 teams nationwide, only 16 Hunt Seat can qualify for nationals. On Saturday, May 5, Delani Franklin of Lake Erie College was crowned as the USHJA Hunter Seat High-Point Rider, and took home the coveted USEF/Cacchione Cup.
