Make sure to get your declarations and applications in for a 2023 USHJA Gold Star Clinic, there are limited spots available on each coast! Find additional details here!

Wildcard applications are open through December 31! Wildcard applications and the application fee may be submitted by Juniors, Amateurs or Professionals who have earned minimum qualifying points for the Markel/USHJA Zone Jumper Team Championships and Markel/USHJA Platinum Jumper Championships.

Congratulations to Zone 8 national finalist, Alpine Griffin, on placing third in the 2022 USHJA Horsemanship Quiz Challenge Nationals! 

For the second year in a row, Alpine Griffin, 15, of Fort Collins, Colorado, took home bronze. For her placing, she received a handwoven belt from Boy O Boy Bridleworks and a $500 training and education grant from the USHJA Foundation.

USHJA Recognized Riding Academy

The USHJA Recognized Riding Academy Program acknowledges lesson programs, riding facilities, equestrian schools, and other types of educational equestrian programs that emphasize horsemanship and sportsmanship, promote safety, and offer introductory Hunter/Jumper lessons. These programs create a foundation for well-rounded equestrians who benefit the entire sport, and this recognition is designed to encourage the continued development and growth of these types of programs across the country.
