Wildcard applications are open through December 31! Wildcard applications and the application fee may be submitted by Juniors, Amateurs or Professionals who have earned minimum qualifying points for the Markel/USHJA Zone Jumper Team Championships and Markel/USHJA Platinum Jumper Championships.

If she were a famous person, she would be: Angelina Jolie

Beverly's Ruby is great at working with beginners. She is a perfect size, is voice trained and will trot in hand for people to learn to post. She has a fantastic tail that has 10 different colors in it.

In coordination with the Virginia Pony Breeders Association and the Virginia Horse Show Association, several VHSA Associate horse show circuits offer high-score awards to registered Virginia-bred ponies. The VPBA would like to congratulate the following 2022 associate circuit year-end winners.

Woodland's Rainmaker (Woodlands Velvet Rain x Woodlands Pikachu), bred by Bo & Kay Randolph and owned and ridden by Margaret Brown, had a very successful year, ending up the Champion Registered VA-bred pony for the Battlefield Horse Show Association and the VHSA Associate Circuit, as well as finishing the year Reserve Champion Registered VA-Bred pony for the Capital Horse Show Association.

Woodland's Take A Peek (Wesmoore Blue Sovereign x Woodlands Peek-A-Boo), bred by Bo & Kay Randolph and owned/ridden by Byrdie Paisley, was the High Score VA-Bred Pony for the Capital Horse Show Association.

Just Ricky (Crossgates Larasan x Just Lucy by Land’s End Poseidon), bred by Edee Ancell McGregor and owned/ridden by Aniah Jackson, was the Reserve Champion VA-Bred pony for the Battlefield Horse Show Association.

Smallwood Abracadabra (Maple Side Wish List x Rain Beau’s Kiwi by Cymraeg Rain Beau), bred by Phyllis C. Jones and owned/ridden by Trinity Smith, was the VHSA Associate Circuit Reserve Champion Registered VA-Bred pony, and won the Registered VA-Bred High-Score Award for the Hampton Roads Horse Show Association.

Smallwood Special Effects (Maple Side Wish List x Bamboo), bred by Phyllis C. Jones and owned/ridden by Emily Easton, was the High-Score Registered VA-bred pony for the Southwest Virginia Hunter Jumper Association.

Meadow Fox Cadbury (Meadow Fox Ronaldo x Foxmor Godiva by Glendower Prince Charming), bred by Scott Canard and owned/ridden by Nadeen Mustafa, was the High-Score Registered VA-bred pony for the Virginia Beach Horse Show Association.
