If competition personnel fail to access the portal for 30 days, they will have to complete another registration form.
Post Competition Reminders 🔔
✅Make sure to submit Post Competition paperwork to USHJA within 10 days of the show.
✅Declarations forms for USHJA programs must also be submitted with results for those classes.
Please reach out to the USHJA Sport Department if you have questions at (859) 225-6700 option Hunter, Jumper and Equitation programs.
💻National Economic Impact Study for Competition Organizers
The American Horse Council is kicking off what could be one of the biggest studies in its more than 50 years with the 2023 National Economic Impact Study, which will examine the effect the U.S. horse industry has on the economy.
In addition, all participants completing the survey will be eligible for 15% discount on purchases at horseandriderbooks.com (discount code is provided at the end of the survey).
🚨USEF Vesicular Stomatitis (VS) Outbreak Updates as of July 14
USDA VS Confirmed States and Counties
California - Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura Counties
USEF supports continuing competitions in VS Affected States and competitions that include horses from VS Affected States provided they follow appropriate biosecurity measures.
Riding facilities interested in hosting a USHJA Instructor Credential Live Workshop and Examination may apply for consideration as an approved host facility. Approved hosts will be added to a pool of approved facilities that may be called upon to host upcoming live sessions when scheduled.
All classes must indicate fence height and whether it is Hunter, Jumper or Equitation (or Medal) in the title.
If multiple heights are combined, please utilize the combined class tool in your software so that originating class heights are maintained.
If this is not possible, a list of which entry competed at which height must be submitted with the results.
Outreach results must be submitted with each entry’s corresponding USHJA ID. This includes horse, rider, owner, and trainer. If any part of the entry is not a USHJA member (Outreach or other membership type) that field may be left blank and no points will be awarded.
Please utilize the USHJA Admin Lookup portal to research the USHJA IDs and input them into your show software.
Educate your competitors that they must include all IDs on their entry forms.
If results are submitted without USHJA member IDs, fence heights, or Hunter, Jumper or Equitation (or Medal) in the class title, they will be returned to the host for completion. USHJA will no longer be researching member IDs.
