Live streaming has become widely available at many shows and is a great thing for our sport. Here are some quick tips for new managers:
Plan the live stream setup location carefully to consider acoustics, vantage points and traffic patterns.
Ensure adequate distance between live stream and the judges’ location.
This allows the judges’ location and live stream to not interfere with each other.

Access the digital USHJA Program Booklet to view all the opportunities we have for your exhibitors!
Managers will be mailed one USHJA Program Booklet per location/facility. If you would like additional hard copies, please contact Melanie Mader at mmader@ushja.org.
Low Children’s Hunter and Low Adult Amateur Hunter divisions have been added to the USHJA Zone HOTY Program! For exhibitor points to count, competition managers must:

OR list “This section follows Zone [Number] Specifications.
Include Zone specifications in the prize list.
Section titles may read “Pre/Low Adult Hunters”.
Low Hunter classics cannot be combined with other Hunter classics. The classics must follow the same zone specifications as the regular section.
Attention WCHR and IHD Competition Hosts
If you are hosting a USHJA World Championship Hunter Rider or USHJA International Hunter Derby event, you will receive corresponding event banners from USHJA. Remember these banners are often shared with other competition hosts who rely on you to promptly return them. If you do not have permanent banners and returns are requested, please promptly return the banners so that the next competition host may use them.
Helpful Tips for Banner Returns:
Expect the shipment from USHJA.
Hold onto the prepaid label included with the shipment.
Use the prepaid shipping label to return the banner(s) as soon as your event is over.
