The purpose of SCHSA is to sanction horse shows; work in concert with and promote the good of the horse show community along with other established associations; provide a training ground for riders and horses of all ages and experience; ensure that exhibitors receive awards that create enthusiasm, effort, and a sense of accomplishment; and promote the best interest of the members, horses, and the sport.
