USHJA Outreach Member Highlight: Taryn Biemolt

Taryn Biemolt, of Bloomingdale, Illinois, participated in the USHJA Outreach Limit and Pony Divisions with Chance of Flurries in 2021.

What did you enjoy about participating in the Outreach program in 2021?

Outreach helped me set goals to work towards and work towards being the best rider I can be. 

Tell us how you got involved in the sport.

I honestly came into this world wanting a pony, so my parents started me at a Hunter/Jumper barn at 4 years old.

What's your favorite riding memory?

My favorite riding memory is when I won Limit Medal Finals.

What are your goals for this year?

I'm setting my sights on being able to participate at Pony Finals.

What do you enjoy most about the USHJA community?

The USHJA community has brought me many friends that love this sport too.

Recognized Riding Academy Lesson Horse Honor Roll

The USHJA Recognized Riding Academy Committee would like to announce the creation of the RRA Lesson Horse Honor Roll! The Honor Roll seeks to acknowledge the very special lesson horses and ponies who unwaveringly devote their lives to teaching equestrians the art of riding. Nominations open March 1!
